HONEY is a social-driven boutique creative agency founded and led by women. HONEY is seeking an imaginative, logical thinker that understands the value of strong creative for the role of Copywriter-Community Manager. This position will be responsible for writing and editing a variety of copy, working closely with our accounts and design teams to implement scroll-stopping ideas, managing social channels, and elevating overall brand messaging.
What You'll Do
Produce social posts with purpose. You know there’s an art to crafting just the right copy for a timely and relevant piece of content.
Copywriting for social media and digital marketing that signals consumer attention and drives action.
Manage monthly content calendars and schedule approved social media content.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and creative team to ensure content elevates an overall brand strategy.
Monitor community management and interaction with social media users, all within the appropriate brand voice and style guidelines.
Social listening with a human-first approach. You’re an internet-skilled storyteller who understands culture drives communication.
Ensure content is fully optimized across relevant social channels and pinpoint creative opportunities on each platform.
Oversee and report on social accounts to understand which content or ideas perform best and where strategy can improve.
Communicate with the client about account updates and/or audits.
Attend and review social or copywriting briefs.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in related field(s).
3+ years of copywriting experience (exceptions can be made for a solid portfolio of work).
Deep understanding of all social platforms and their respective metrics.
Ability to work independently with a team, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines.
Experience in research and content creation for social media.
Standout interpersonal skills.
This Copywriter-Community Manager position is fully remote. HONEY is based in Orlando, FL but our team is located throughout the North & South Americas. Currently, this position is a permalance gig that can go into a full-time contract over time.
